Ripe pineapple or pomegranate (optional) 1
Italian dried herbs(optional) 1 large pinch to sprinkle on the toppings
Cilantro or coriander leaves (optional) 1 large pinch to sprinkle on the toppings
Cut the tomato, onion, capsicum and green chilly thinly. If using pineapple for a sweet taste then cut that also into small thin cubes. You can either use pineapple or ripe pomegranate seeds to give a sweet taste to the pizza.
Cut boiled sausages into thin circles and slightly fry it in olive oil or any vegetable oil. Drain and keep aside. Keep the cheese grated and ready.
Preheat the oven for 15 minutes and set the temperature at 180 degree C.
Take the Kittys pizza base, place it on the tray on which it is going to be baked, now apply the pizza sauce on the base covering neatly in a uniform manner, make sure to leave the sides of the base free from sauce. Now place the tomato, onion, green chilly and capsicum along with pineapple or pomegranate seeds over the applied pizza sauce, sprinkle little pepper, herbs and little olive oil, now add the fried sausage pieces and lastly sprinkle both the cheese and if you want the pizza a bit spicy add some more pepper powder or crushed dry red chilli flakes on top of cheese and again drizzle some more olive oil on top. Bake at 180 degree C for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese melts on top. Easy pizza ready for kids to enjoy!
Puree the tomatoes in a food processor. Add pepper, olive oil, oregano, basil leaves and mix well.
Once the dough has rested, place it on a flat surface, sprinkle some dry flour and open it up.
Roll out the dough into a flat round disc.
Spread the sauce over it. Then add the cheese to it.
Lastly top it with the pepperoni and sun dried tomatoes.
Bake it for around 15 minutes.
